Where going to trial is pointless, we work to achieve the best possible outcome for our client, drawing the court’s attention to what our client has to offer to society and arguing persuasively for lesser or proportionate consequences.

During the past three years, Nicholas’s criminal law work has included “traditional” criminal offences such as kidnapping, extortion, break and enter, assault with a weapon, assault, threatening, possession of stolen property, and obstruction of justice, as well as “white collar” or “identity theft” offences such as impersonation, obtaining credit by fraudulent means, and fraud.
